Dislikes

5 months salary pending. There is no any medical card or Insurance company has fixed 1 clinic if we sick. No settlement for salary if you go on vacation or Final exit settlement amount should be in 5 part of Installment. starting 3 months they will not give any salary 50 days of rotation 1 salary will come no fixed time for salary.It's very difficult to survive. I am having 💯 % trust on Asia power & Pioneer travels Mumbai consultant without seeing the background of company he was recruiting before I'm having full trust on Asia power consultant without inquiry I had accepted offer I thought Asia power having name for Trust. But that is not like that for commission they will not see company is good or not ....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
