I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Freedom of work small company.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

5 months salary pending. There is no any medical card or Insurance company has fixed 1 clinic if we sick. No settlement for salary if you go on vacation or Final exit settlement amount should be in 5 part of Installment. starting 3 months they will not give any salary 50 days of rotation 1 salary will come no fixed time for salary. It's very difficult to survive. I am having 💯 % trust on Asia power & Pioneer travels Mumbai consultant without seeing the background of company he was recruiting before I'm having full trust on Asia power consultant without inquiry I had accepted offer I thought Asia power having name for Trust. But that is not like that for commission they will not see company is good or not .
