Worst company ever, less security for employees. They through out when things come to in their mind. Poor management. Manager and so called director is disrespectful. Don't waste your time even by giving interviews here.

Fraud company. Not secured for anyone. Wrong promisses. Through out employees when they want to do so.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
