Likes

The queue that i was in was really good, there was no hassle regarding the work it was relaxing. and even overall i would say the company ecosystem is great, no recordings of each minute of your time, there is no pressurize boundation on breaks. it was great.

Dislikes

there was some favoritism that i saw and noticed, for your leaves there it was struggle to get, no holiday offs only on papers. too much boundations over small things. outfits mandations were not reauired on the same it was aplied. dont do this dont do that and all were common as well.

Promotions - Poor

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
