Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

Friendly environment mainly the higher management work closely and help in grow the skills I have worked unpaid but learnt a lot of things including all sectors as a startup OSCOWL ai is too good for software engineer and AI engineer. I had an absolutely horrifying and disgusting experience at Oscowl AI. I joined the company as an Intern. My term was for 6 months. but I had to leave within the first month. I was assaulted by the company's CEO and when I tried to bring this to the HR and Director's notice, I was emotionally and verbally abused. At this point, terrified and traumatized, I left the company without any further notice.
