Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Absolutely nothing to like.

I had an absolutely horrifying and disgusting experience at Oscowl AI. I joined the company as an Intern. My term was for 6 months. but I had to leave within the first month. I was assaulted by the company's CEO and when I tried to bring this to the HR and Director's notice, I was emotionally and verbally abused. At this point, terrified and traumatized, I left the company without any further notice. This experience has left me shaken, and I can't, in good conscience recommend this company to anyone.
