A new start up with different thought as doing millet based Cookies, Sticks & Health bars. As a start-up there were lots & lots of things to learn and I did. I love the fact that I am a part of Quality department and developed company standards docs related to my Dept. There was very pleasant environment as factory was located with very beautiful nature surrounded. A very beautiful hill just a KM away from factory, which makes people feel free and fresh on their pressurized work. Company is open to adopt innovations and eager to adopt latest technology....Read More

The company was located quite interior and quite away from town area, as a result for any medical emergency quite difficult to manage. Security wise need to give guaranty to employees.
