Not a good company, Management, HR, company policies, superior attitude towards an employee everything is horrible. It is a complete pack of conspiracies from work, benefits, management etc.. Too much family drama runs here, 70% employees are family members only. From Freshers to company director. Director always forces genuine andskilled professionals to put their work aside and sit with family members to fix their issues in learning stage. You can easily assume who will be beneficial from this. No weekend, No off hours 24*7 you have to serve wherever and whatever your condition is. Even for public holidays you have to take prior permission to avail holiday. The company has started around a year ago, within 3-4 months time span they kicked out around 4 employees for no reason from HR, development teams etc.. So you can assume how secure the job is. Once if their task is accomplished you will be kicked out immediately from your seat. You don't even get any benefits from the company. They recruit for short term projects which lasts for only 1-3 months and they will throw you out once it is completed....Read More
