I interned at on point software service for three months, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Interns are not compensated for their time and efforts, which can feel discouraging, especially when you're dedicating significant hours to projects. Additionally, the learning opportunities were minimal, with little to no mentorship or growth-focused activities provided. If you're seeking an internship to gain hands-on experience and career guidance, this may not be the best option.
