Work life balance is good. Hybrid work policy is one of the best which I have seen in the industry. Opportunities to learn and grow are good.

Dislikes

Appraisals are not up to the mark, considering the growth of the company. Constant changes in the management structure does affect the working style which is not good and inhibits productivity.

- Management keeps on changimg the policies, - The policies are not employee friendly, - Too much micro management, - Few Business Units and Projects are not even having standard Process - Company investing tgeir budget to buy locations ane make the cool offices and giving Poor appriasal by stating "We have budget issue / Company has poor revenue generation this time" - Too many base less meetings or redundent meeting which is wastw of productivity - Nothing new to learn, no growth opportunities. - If employee deserce promotion then they dont give it. IJP is the only way to get promoted. - Shared Resource culture which affects employee to attain mastery in any domain.
