Let me explain what kind of work we do exactly many people don't know this and simply they come as they need of some job. So first understand it is a consulting job where we need to give reports, insights to the phrama/biotech clients and much more. And many don't know how big is this industry and who are the MNC players. This is a huge industry you can't even imagine how big it is until unless you come into this. There are many MNC players in this consulting space (e.g. Iqvia, ZS, WNS, Cytiva, GE healthcare, Novartis, indegene, Genpact, Merck, Teva, BCG, Deloitte (yet to come to India) many more) You will get the best management to excel in your career. No cafeteria or food coupons. Not a great compensation compared to market pay but you have to understand it is start-up and you will get at their best.

Work life will be quite challenging because you have to learn more and new things daily. And consulting field is always a challenge as we need to be updated to the market
