Honestly I'll never ever recommend anyone to work here. Work life balance ye kya hota hai, hike nhi nhi next hike cycle mai dekhte. I feel many time they lied about hike and promotion. First they will say in April there will be hike, then they'll say no no there is some correction it's only for top 10%, for rest of the people next cycle and this keeps ongoing, this was i have seen.
