Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.

They have good SAP projects and mostly pay better because their projects are from overseas.

Dislikes

They follow client holidays, so mostly you need to take leaves and all the clients have holidays during year-end.

Work Details

Work policy: Based on projects, my project was a US client so I was working remote. Mostly they give remote if you ar workng properly.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
