transportation, in house free tea, coffee and biscuits, once a year we have a Ocwen bash in which we get an service award on completion of 3,5,10 years

Dislikes

Insurance medical is not that Good as in the benefits, they say that they are giving a coverage for 3 lakes but later give a very little amount saying that there is a cap limit for the ailment. and the do not even inform this at the time when we avail this offer.

Work Details

exciting but now the incentive is become very less compared to before and managing NPS is a bit challenging
