Ocwen as company is good. Huge cafeteria and oantry on all the floors. Transport facility is good.

There is a lot of politics and the management specially abhishek shukla and wilson rajan doesn't address our issues. They try to deframe people who works so that their guyzzz come up and chill with them. No job security at all. No Rewards and Recognisition. Career growth and hike is too slow and low. Very hard to survive not because of the work but because if the management. They will not let you survive easily as they will put unnecessary burden on you without any appropriate trainings.
