Ocwen as company is good. Huge cafeteria and oantry on all the floors. Transport facility is good.

There is a lot of politics and the management specially abhishek shukla and wilson rajan doesn't address our issues. They try to deframe people who works so that their guyzzz come up and chill with them. No job security at all. No Rewards and Recognisition. Career growth and hike is too slow and low. Management thinks they know how to rule but always fails. They never stand with their employees. Very less training to new joinees which results in error and management likes it....Read More
