Dislikes

Work culture is not good no training provided to new joining favouritism going with management very bad types of politics, HR are not supportable if any employee raised any query Work application on very old technique also 12 to 13 years that's why no growth. Overall work environment is very toxic and mental harassment with that touchering is done. So I will tell the candidate who get selected in TIAA 10 time think and join the organisation because after 6 month you will preparing to resign job asap...Read More

1.Personal and professional growth is slow as compared to the industry. 2. Though the company is financing trainings and putting efforts in creating resources of employee trainings, its difficult to get opportunities to deploy newly adapted skills. 3. Hybrid work from home policies are not followed correctly, management is putting extra pressure on employees to come to office every week
