They fire their employees very easily so no job security at Oberoi and senior's are very arrogant and thy are always angry and yelling at you. The salary is very less according to company standard.

Great job to start out in. Although, the company has been at a steady decline last couple of years. Work pressures is too much now compensation is not there. HR does not take care or work towards employee benefits.

Dislikes

The amount of care for employees is not much. Problems are heard but no changes ever implemented. Voice team manager is not cut out for the role. I stayed during lockdown and helped the company. Have done overtime, worked without fixed shifts and overtime. Gone on short notice and given my best. However after resignation amd leavingI have still not recieved salary for 3 months which they are with holding....Read More

The Company is a great place for freshers. Lots to learn from the highly experienced colleagues / managers about Hospitality and Hotel industry. A good start if you wish to be in this industry - no other company would be as passionate as Oberoi.

Dislikes

The chances of promotions are bleak or biased. Namesake promotions in same bands. Long hierarchy Poor Salary (for OCC only) Strict environment
