Its is a multinationality company.One will find people from different countries(pakistan,bangladesh,phillipines, india, saudi arabia,jordan,egypt).As with most companies in Saudi Arabia, company is biased to people from Muslim countries and muslims. Work atmosphere is laid back.There is not pressure in some of the units of Obeikan. Work balance life is balanced.Salary will depend on your negotiations strength.Career growth is good if you are a local....Read More

Extremely bias.Peopl are higher hierarchy of the company are not good at all at what they do. They are surviving only because of the language rather than merit.This has the company to a very drastic downfall.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
