Extremely bias.Peopl are higher hierarchy of the company are not good at all at what they do. They are surviving only because of the language rather than merit.This has the company to a very drastic downfall.

When it comes to positive point of view in terms of working with obikan it's been a great time associating with them. What i like actually is the work flow that everyone know what he has to do during the job time and the unity specially when it comes to rough time in other word (shut down) Also the good manners and too many things that i couldn't clarify. It will take many lines.

Dislikes

The negativity things sometimes that I don't like to talk/write about. But however , some times they not paying us as employees at the exact time and they expected us arrived to work at the time to done the job at the time. And the the most important thing ...SAFTY. It's not that good enough for a company such as OIG , my team mate has injured and he turned unsatisfied ,so here's two things, the injury occared while the department manager was there abd he didn't guide him ti right way after the he got no good treatment to his elbow. Literally they asking for wht they can't afford.
