if yo have to send former manager a protective order and cease and desist 3 years after working for the company, the company clearly does not vet management well. I worked i the IT department for a little under a year due to the department being extremely toxic work culture here. The IT Department is probably the worst which is why they limit hiring. ALOT of illegal activity... They can monitor your electronics but they do it for the wrong reason and no reason at all.... Which is why I am experiencing the things I am 3 years later. This company will and clearly has protected someone of the most toxic managers anyone cn have or can ever come across. Specifically Juvenal Carmo,Ariana Stuckhart, and Anna Stuckhart...pretty much the it depart and whoever else they can control/ THe workplace bullying is extremely orchestrated, they will set up a whole scene literally to sabotage you and get you either fire or n trouble. Do not be surprised if they get others who likely wouldn't do it to participate in sabotaging you out of fear. The company is more concerned with covering up and getting rid of a lawsuit to get its reputation and image i the most unethical ways/ What's unfortunate is even people om the executive level are 100% aware of all the illegal activity and condongint it.
