No job security, no skill developments, no proper training, lot of office politics, salaries not provided on time, salaries will be held for longer duration. Boss will treat employees at lower level not giving them any value. Doesn't provide leaves when required. Don't have concern about emplo yee, not provided salaries during lockdown considered as loss of pay</mark>. But expected to work during lockdown. Office is like godown....Read More

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
