No job security, Sirf chamchon logo ki chalti hai, Owner sirf apne khash chamchon ki baat hi sunta hai. Salary 2-2 mahine me hoti hai. Jab man me aaye kisi ko bhi nikal dete hai. Labour and staff sab ke sab 12-12 ghante ki duty karte hai.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
