Worst company of my life . There is a lot to learn but you got tremendous amount of work pressure no work life . Very very small start-up you got payment if client satisfied. May be you have work full full night for two or more days. No one will appreciate you , no job security no pf and even they will decrease your salary suddenly make broke you.

Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
