The Institute has greater scope for the development. But still I respect this as it is my first working place in the field of teaching line.

Dislikes

The Management of the Institute isn't functioning properly, no job culture, with no appraisal, no job security, bad infrastructure, no future security for students. And lot more.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
