Good work environment and culture.company policies are bad.No bonus every year.There is no increment every year.

Dislikes

There is no politics.salary is not good.career growth is slow.there is no bond .on the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Details

I learnt everything on the job.i got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me a taste of different roles within the same team.

Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
