Owner (Miss Monika Dhingra) is like a uneducated person in the whole company. She don't know how to talk to their employee's. All the time she shout's, and never understand your problem. No proper working, no proper handover of work of earlier employee. I must say, please don't join this company.

I don't like anything in that company.

Dislikes

The owner is not running the factory but is running the house. There is no such thing as retention in the company. Work pressure is too much. Anytime she messages in the group whether it is late night or early morning. Salary they provide will be good but not a good culture. Too much to say but here space will fall short.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
