Within the development team there's a lot of growth opportunities throughout the year which has been amazing, since I don't have to worry about looking for outside opportunities.

A rewarding place to work on the development side. Our team truly cares about the quality of work they put out which makes everyone's job easier.

Dislikes

One of the most important things I've learned here is how important it is to create your own work-life balance, which might look different on everyone. But there are a lot of projects coming down the pipeline and if you can't organize your time you'll burn out.
