All of the things. The way they demand money from the employees who are willing to leave, that is terrible. Whichever position you are, you have to pay money. Extortion from employees is their main business. They are least interested in bringing projects and grow.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
