Worst employee care, bad culture, politics, blaming team members everytime, poor leadership as top management staff are egoist, incapable and impractical with lack of technical knowledge and skills. Instead of supporting team always always blaming the team and demoralizing. Poor increment policy. Only flattering people can grow.
