I love working at Nipsol. This startup has helped me a lot in gaining and identifying the qualities in me. I would recommend Nipsol to everyone to join our team and be a part of this wonderful startup deals in the hospitality department. In the covid situation, this company clearly says work from home, no need to come to the office and even not to go to any client's place so might get covid effected. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
