Don't like anything. Company policies are not good. They give you good salary hike but no bonus and no incentive. Only 5 person are working in this company and 6th you boss (director).

Dislikes

Poor work environment and single handed company. You cannot make a discussion on your own. Each and everything has to be discussed with your boss. Talked with the boss in every evening to give feedback and discuss on leads. He treats you like you are the most useless person in this world.

Work Details

The job is quite interested. There is nothing to learn.i struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal traning session. Niger is a distributor not a manufacturer company. There is not well trained engineer.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
