Office is bit small , few things are not that systematic. Job is target driven so sometimes feel like hectic.

USP of this company being a start up is their environment. You will feel like wow ! Haven't seen this kind of chill corporates and it's directors before in my shrt span of 4 years career. And they will give you freedom of your work and will allow you to do your own experiment. Overall my span of 1.5 years it was a pleasure working with them.

Great people great culture, in my 10+ years professional career, came across with very few companies like this. Great freedom of work. Not a lala culture. Quite decent Bengali directors only involves themselves in terms of professional needs and give employees lot of space , no micromanaging like other startups

1. It's a lovely organization for fresh candidates, where you will like home! 2. Seniors are super helpful. 3. Good incentive structure 4. Office trips, frequent office parties 5. Drop facilities 6. Problems are always heard and noticed by the management 7. If you are open to learn, build your career, learn from the best, NXG is a good fit.

This is a start up, sometimes things are messy, which can be easily handled. Scopes of improvement is there. As this is a target oriented job, sometimes if we don't reach the target, we have to work on satdays ! But also we get early logouts for this.
