Its a Startup but still they give equal opportunities to freshers also. I actually don't have experience in consultancies earlier but now i have that experience. Due this organization.

Dislikes

Mismanagement and negligence of many things creates mess there. Also there is no proper hierarchy. Management is irresponsible due to which so many complications create great mess into the work.

Work Details

They give so much of burden and stress at the very first day of joining. Somehow i managed that but after few months i feels like whole organization pressure's are in my shoulders.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
