Some more equipments needed for more advanced stuff.

Work Details

The job is interesting and a little bit challenging sometimes because of emergency or any fault. But good thing is we work on the solutions.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
