The CEO dictates everything, and if you don't comply with his opinions or instructions, your're immediately seen as a "bad" employee. Promotions and benefits are entirely based on how closely you follow the CEO's orders, with no consideration for you actual work performance or contributions. Questioning or disagreeing? Be prepared to face termination. 2. Exhausting 9-to-9 Work Culture: A typical workday here runs from 9 AM to 9 PM, with no exceptions. If you don't put in these extended hours, your job security is threatened. The constant pressure to work beyond regular hors is draining and unsuitable. 3. Lack of Structure - No Management, No Hierarchy: The organization functions without any proper management structure. There's no middle management, and every employee reports directly to the CEO. apart from weekend if you take leave MD will definitely make sure you don't forget you still a slave of nayan. company will make your life hell during your notice period, at the time of full and final settlement they will cut your 40-50% of salary in the name of company jeera policy and your poor performance. Every morning you have to deal with a man child who would belittle you and your work and treat you nothing more than like a slave. Working at Nayan is like serving the supreme leader where you are just stroking his ego day in and day out. You would get constant threats for paycuts almost every week even when you have worked for 16 hours a day. Let alone appreciation the MD will demean you. He can't handle disagreements and will get angry if you ever counter his arguments. You will have him up your back for every change and every update and make you give demo EVERYTHING and forget all about it the very next meeting. A few days later he will contradict his own statements and ask why was it included in the first place. I never knew a bad work culture will affect your work so much. He has made employees come to office at the height of pandemic. He considers himself nothing less than God for providing you salary.
