It's private firm so 3 months probationary period and then as per your performance you get fixed job letter , nice work culture you can share your ideas and view about project with you seniors and head of this firm no much restrictions. It's small firm so their is only founder of that firm and employee exists. They too have 2,3 employee for sales. Company policies are same as that any other firm follow....Read More

Everything was fine. If there is any problems, then company head will head will definitely help you to solve it.

It was very nice. As software developer I had freedom to work by my own way. And if there's any issue, then you can discuss it with your seniors.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
