This company is start up company there is no pressure no tension management was good

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management don't know about employees situation without knowing they removed employees.we asking for reasons means chumma they telling you are not fit to the job and they not paid salary also, career growth is very slow. Total overall experience in this company very poor.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
