The overall concept of the scheme is very thoughtful & an utopian dream.

Dislikes

I was working as Young Professional for 3.5 years at Haryana.. Although the scheme is very good but the management in Haryana Govt is very poor & the whole process is full of corruption & nepotism. And they do not generally value their honest employees.

My work was basically Project planning & implementation at District level & reporting to the State office regarding the outcomes.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Only for M.P Rurban mission. Nothing to like here. But you have lots of time to rest may be a day or week or month.

Dislikes

Delay in salary each month, Management, Organization structure, Learning, Experience, Growth.
