I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?

working with a teammate, training around the field of the department, job security: medical laboratory technologist, career growth from 1982 till now, learning Ph.D. of parasitology and medical entomology, the work environment was very good.

Work Details

at parasitology department: investigate routine work, malaria, cut. leishmania, Schistosoma, onch. volvulus and other intestinal parasites.
