These people bit their workers,their aim is to make you think of them as the only employer ,they increase money on personal terms and once a Chinese hates you he will make sure all Chinese does the same to you,they are too proud you can't advise a Chinese unless he fails then you do what you thought was right.

It is unbalanced,you would not know what tomorrow brings,there are too many charges over simple cases which are resolvable between a suppervisor and a surbodinate but you would soon see a Chinese interfering just to have you charged and have hour money cu
