Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

The company employees everyday which means there is no work satisfaction and security.chinese likes having grages and likes getting information from their trustees which is more demoralizing and create enemity and segregation between worker's.their method of mining is modenised which I admire because it's technology is advanced there is automation and there is little manual work.i can't talk about their policies cause I do not have much to tell.

These people bit their workers,their aim is to make you think of them as the only employer ,they increase money on personal terms and once a Chinese hates you he will make sure all Chinese does the same to you,they are too proud you can't advise a Chinese unless he fails then you do what you thought was right.
