Likes

Excellent Place to learn and growth. Plus point is to work with various cultural background, and work happily . I also like the employee re hire policy.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high sometimes have to work 10-14hours straight and without any weekend and have to attend client in the evening and sometimes late night.

Work Details

Challenging work and look after the life cycle of almost every products and have to manage day to day task slightly repetitive.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
