Its a parastatal under Ministry of Health and Child Care. It has nurtured for past 13 years. I acquired my Bachelor of Commerce Degree and MBA while in National AIDS Council. Performance appraisal are reviewed quarterly. Travelled to 8 districts to give support.

Dislikes

At some point limited resources to meet planned activities.

Yes, pressure is there since we support eight district implementing HIV and AIDS programmes but with good team we manage.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
