Good work environment and culture. Company policies are excellent, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

Only problem I felt was lack of orientation programmes.

Work Details

Worked as a medical social Worker from 2018-20. I got a precious chance to interact with all other departments and that helped me to understand and analys the work nature.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
