Dislikes

No hierarchy level within the employees. We have to fight every year at the time of increment with the owner of the company. They never admit what they committed us previous year. What they want is, just keep working for and don't expect money in return. The salary package is as low as one can imagine. The highest salary in the company right now is approx Rs. 17,000 gross.
