I got on well with other people, really enjoyed working with them.At the same time , sometimes I had to put my work first,and make sure that I completed what I needed to do so, I would say that they would describe me as deciplined,but friendly and supportive.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
