Nala Robotics is a company plagued by a toxic work culture that seems straight out of a corporate horror story. Internal politics runs rampant, while employees are micromanaged to the point of suffocation. The lack of clear direction leaves teams fumbling in the dark, with no sense of purpose or strategy. Delayed or even partial salary payments are the norm, and the promises of "variable pay" are as elusive as a mirage in the desert. Resigning employees are left high and dry, with their full salaries and notice period pay often withheld, despite legal entitlements. Adding salt to the wound, there’s no formal leave policy, and the expectation of long, grueling hours is coupled with the refusal to offer any overtime compensation. To top it off, the company blatantly ignores its legal obligations by failing to contribute to the Provident Fund, putting employees at serious risk of financial instability in the long run. Performance appraisals and salary hikes are few and far between, leaving employees wondering if they’re working in a dead-end job. The management, meanwhile, is detached and utterly disengaged, showing no sign of leadership or any clear vision for the future. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
