Nala Robotics is a hopeless pit of confusion and neglect. Employees are trapped in a toxic environment, with micromanagement and no clear direction. Salaries are often delayed or slashed, and the promise of "variable pay" is a cruel lie. When you resign, you're left empty-handed, with no notice period or final settlement pay, and noone bothers to respond. There's no leave policy, no overtime, and the Provident Fund is completely ignored. Performance reviews and raises are rare to nonexistent. Nala Robotics is a corporate nightmare where internal politics and micromanagement reign. Employees are left in the dark with no clear direction, while delayed or partial salary payments are a constant struggle. Promises of "variable pay" are empty, and when employees resign, their dues—salary, notice period pay, or final settlement—are withheld. There's no formal leave policy, long hours are expected with no overtime, and the company flouts labor laws by not contributing to the Provident Fund.
