They take freshers and provide opportunity to learn and grow. You can learn new technologies here but absolutely depend on your luck if the manager and project is good you can work 5 to 6 hr then spend time in learning but if the project and manager are worst then trust me working more that 8 hr and completing our work on time canget you fired or every day as hell and there could be lot of micro management. There is the review system here every month from client and also from manager if you get less than high value , Like "ok" you are done for start looking for another job. Everything Is disliked. Opened offices in every city just for name sake with 3 to 6 sitting capacity. And Calling candidates to another city , if rejected one or two projects for issues then firing Not giving opportunities to freshers. Not many projects firing on random basis and saying it's company policy and management decisions. Everything is Lie and illusion here which you see on internet. No opportunity to grow. If you are technical person you will not find much opportunities. Higher management are clueless, and do not have skills to negotiate with clients. I have seen people with technical designations are doing PMOs or pre-sales work. Health and Life insurance are low , they should have given higher security in those terms Leaves are very less.

1. No Promotion 2. Dirty politics by management and senior people in SAP India team. 3. Secret firing by putting people in PIP... 4. No transparancy in company policies, Performance rating. You can be put into PIP and eventually fired even though your care feedback was good.,. HR will just dance like puppet to Manager and will issue PIP to you with just one meeting and you will be shown door. 5. No projects in SAP... Except Siemens they don't have any projects...they will give you dummy S4 system when you are hired and will put you on bench and you will be giving demo to other teams members on new SAP topics. 6. Many people left and new people left because of these politics... 7. Dull HR.. 8. 1. Multiple rounds and course learnings to get promoted but it will be the dry one i.e. no hike on promotion. 2. No good hikes even on appraisal cycle after promotion. 3. Yearly appraisal percentage is lowered down than what was there 3 years ago.

It gives you an opportunity for work from anywhere which is a great initiative, as it focuses on delivery of work more than a strict time schedule .It definately helps in increased productivity.

Your demand in a department is directly proportional to the need your manager has. They hire on requirement basis and once that requirement is finished, u are free without any work. Also organisation is very good but how your job is going to be depends on your manager. So if u have a good manager good for you else corporate politics and favoritism goes on here.

1. Appraisal delays 2. They always find a way to deduct Bonus( Which is part of CTC) 3. They can reduce fixed holiday at any time of the year and give ridiculous reasons. 4. Worst service company to work for at present - poor appraisals - 3 % ctc cut in name of company performance - if you are on bench or maternity leave then 5% of your ctc is cut - poor work life balance avg working hours are 14-15, will be extended on project release - no salary hike on promotion - 2 days paternity leave only - no good tech projects mostly consulting projects where you work with other companies as external consultant on payroll of nagarro - no policy to change project if you r dissatisfied, only policy on paper but rejected everytime - HR does not even care to reply on queries...Read More

What ever the hike you will get at the time of joining that the only truth. HR will make false promises for appraisal hike but appraisal is not good what HR have told. I don't have good experience with my previous manager. On Yammer, they are very good but on call they treat like they are threatening you.
