Their product concept is excellent and useful while considering the future. But as an organisation the company is a failure. Purely money minded and no concern to the employees. Employees in bulk are terminated as part of quick decisions. Never think of the workloads while additional works are given. No stability on workflow. Keeps on changing regularly....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
